Wife and I took the 10AM tour on 20 Sep 2023 and had a blast. Our tour guide (sorry I forgot her name) ensured our experience was wonderful and she not only provided lots of knowledge about the trail and its history, she took pictures that will provide a lifetime of memories.

What a lovely experience! Our guide was great and gave us so much local flora/fauna info and local history along the trail. The horses are beautiful and well-mannered. Drooled over pictures of Gypsy Vanners online? No, just me? Well, here is your chance to ride one through the beautiful NC woods and mountains. My son (12) had a blast and his horse (he’d describe as “stubborn”, I’d describe as “patient, because he knew what he was doing and how to keep the child on his back safe”) Casey (not a Gypsy Vanner but still gorgeous) was a gem. Thanks for the adventure!

Had a spectacular ride with Whitewater Equestrian on 10/18/23 with my wife. They were super accommodating, friendly, and knowledgeable. The trail was well maintained but felt adventurous, and the tour was filled with information. My horse, Mingo, was very well trained and took commands perfectly.
We will absolutely be back in the future, thanks again for a wonderful day!
